About your new role

We're looking for a Cafe Manager to join our Melbourne team and lead our café in Collingwood.

A day in the life

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the café, supporting your team and building on the coffee, service and experience our customers know and love.

Key responsibilities include:
Building a positive team culture and bringing out the best in your team
Leading from the front and building on our reputation for great coffee, excellent service and genuine hospitality
Setting clear expectations and supporting your team to succeed
Keeping the café organised, well‑run and ready for whatever the day brings
Looking for ways to improve how we do things and proactively solving problems
Building solid relationships with customers and your team
Maintaining food safety,
