If you enjoy outbound, take pride in booking quality meetings, and want a role where performance is explicit and recognised — this one’s for you.
Clear targets. Clear expectations. Real upside.
This role is for a results‑focused Appointment Setter who can:
Pick up the phone and book qualified meetings
Speak confidently with gatekeepers, influencers, and decision‑makers
Handle objections and keep momentum moving
Stay organised and follow up properly in CRM
Deliver consistent results — not just activity
If you like the pace of outbound, enjoy turning conversations into opportunities, and want a role where your performance expectations are transparent and results are rewarded — you’ll fit well here.
The role
Sentrient is a quick‑growing SaaS business operating in Compliance, GRC, and HR. We help organisations reduce regulatory exposure, manage risk, and protect their people through legally endorsed content and scalable SaaS delivery.
As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact for both cold and warm leads. Your role is to introduce Sentrient, qualify interest, and book meetings for the sales team.
This is a key role in supporting growth — the sales team wins when you consistently put quality meetings on the calendar.
What you’ll be responsible for
Making outbound phone calls to cold/warm leads
Introducing Sentrient and qualifying interest based on needs and fit
Building rapport with gatekeepers and decision‑makers
Booking meetings (consultations / product demos) for the sales team
Logging notes, outcomes, and follow‑ups accurately in CRM
Managing call backs and follow‑up tasks
Booking prospects into opt‑ins and marketing activities
Maintaining activity reporting and improving your approach
What success looks like
Consistently booking qualified meetings that convert into real sales conversations
High‑volume outbound activity with robust follow‑through and clean CRM hygiene
Robust communication and professional presence on the phone and over email
Hitting defined targets (Meetings Booked)
If your goal is to look busy rather than deliver consistent outcomes, this role won’t suit you.
If your goal is to beat target, push into stretch, and be rewarded for it, you’ll feel right at home.
If you like clear expectations, and being measured on outcomes — we’d like to hear from you.
