The Role

As an Assistant Store Manager you will plan, organise and run day‐to‐day operations, adapt to changing environments, and create a welcoming store workplace that excites customers. You will align people, process and presentation to deliver a positive experience.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and meet KPI targets.

Provide a genuine and unique customer experience.

Develop, coach, train and succession plan your team.

Implement promotional changes and maintain merchandising standards.

Ensure a safe working setting for staff and customers.

Roster your team in line with the store's trading profile.

Run policies and procedures and maintain stock loss targets.

Availability required over weekends, late nights and public holidays.

Qualifications

Previous management experience, preferably in retail.

Strong planning, organising and adaptability skills.

Hands‐on, energetic, and vibrant attitude.

Team‐player mindset.

Proven ability to achieve sales, wage, KPI and stock loss targets.

Experience in developing and coaching teams.
