ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our Service Department and a key part of delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greeting customers and managing service bookings
Listening to customer concerns and accurately recording vehicle requirements
Providing clear explanations of service and repair recommendations
Preparing repair orders and coordinating workflow with the workshop team
Communicating progress updates and timeframes to customers
Processing invoices, payments, and warranty claims
Ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met
Building strong, long-term relationships with customers

ABOUT YOU: We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in automotive service advising (preferred)



or robust customer service experience
Communicates confidently and professionally
Is organised and able to multitask in a busy setting
Thrives under pressure and enjoys problem-solving
Has strong computer literacy
Works collaboratively with technicians and management
Holds a current Open Driver’s Licence
