The Site Cadet provides in office support to the construction team, gaining hands‐on experience in the daily operations of a construction site. This role offers exposure to site supervision, safety and environmental management, and coordination tasks, laying the foundation for a future career in site management or construction engineering.

Desired Skills and Experience

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Solid willingness to learn, with a proactive attitude.
n
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology (desirable but not required).
