Full time or Part-Time Dental Receptionist Position Available – No Late Nights or Weekends

About the role:

This role is about much more than answering phones. You'll be part of a close-knit team delivering a smooth and positive experience for every patient from their first call to their final follow-up.

What you'll be doing:

Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
n
Managing bookings, recalls, and patient communication
n
Processing payments and private health claims
n
Supporting clinicians and the team with admin and coordination
n
Keeping everything running smoothly at the front desk
n

We're looking for someone who:

Is confident, caring, and highly organised
n
Has strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
n
Can juggle tasks and stay calm under pressure
n
Takes pride in helping others and being part of a team
n
Is technology proficient and quick to learn new systems
n

Reception or customer service experience is required.Dental or medical admin experience is preferred, but not essential. We provide full training and support for the right person.
