Your Responsibilities

Greeting customers and managing service bookings
n
Preparing quotes and invoices
n
Liaising with technicians throughout the day
n
Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress
n
Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
n
Delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
Previous experience in a Service Advisor or automotive administration role
n
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
n
Strong organisational and time management abilities
n
Ability to multitask in a busy workshop environment
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n




Experience with workshop management software is an advantage
n
