This Big Four Bank is well established in the local communities of Tumby Bay and Port Lincoln and is looking for a casual Tellers to join their experienced team. The goal is to help customers achieve their financial goals by connecting them with the right products and services.

Your recent role

n

This is the perfect entry-level banking role for any recent graduate and/or candidate holding previous customer service, retail or hospitality experience looking to gain exposure in a Big 4 Bank.

n

Duties will include:

n

n
Delivering a high level of customer service in branch by providing a seamless service to customers
n
Cash handling, processing customer banking transactions and requests, EFTPOS transactions and administration tasks
n
Providing information and assistance on financial service queries surrounding withdrawals and deposits
n
Assist in educating and guiding customers to digital services
n
Working closely with the team and always putting the customer first whilst working to your and the branch's targets
n

Working hours depend on the office on a Monday to Friday roster. Ability to work additional hours as required

The hourly rate, $40.84 + Super, may be able to convert to a contract depending on performance and business needs.
