Job Description

Repco, a leader in the Australian automotive aftermarket, is seeking a Customer Development Manager to deliver exceptional sales and service for our trade customers. You will collaborate with Repco Store Managers to build robust relationships with around 150 customers and drive sales budgets.

This role relies on CRM systems, KPI-driven targets, and a passion for automotive. Expect involvement in meetings, trade shows, and training while upholding safety and compliant practices.
