About the Role

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in leading our team and ensuring every customer leaves with the best possible experience.

Support and lead the team in all aspects of the business
n
Lead by example, coaching and developing your team to succeed
n
Lead from the front, drive service, sales, merchandising & more!
n
Take ownership of product management within each department
n
Drive sales to smash budgets and targets- take your store to the next level!

Ensure our customers receive outstanding service every time

What We Are Looking For
n
n
Experience in a leadership role within a large‐format retail workplace
n
Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 20 team members
n
Ability to understand sales trends, top sellers, key performers
n
Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills
n
Experience managing high stock volume
n
Passion for the outdoors (highly desirable!)
n
First Aid certified (or willing to be trained at our expense)
n
Must have Full‐Time availability across late nights and weekends
n
Full working rights within Australia
