Concrete is a relationship business. Every pour starts with a phone call, and in the South Coast region those calls come to us because our customers know we turn up with a trusted product.
We're looking for an Account Manager to take that portfolio and grow it. You'll own the region's civil and construction accounts, chase the work that's coming, and back it with the technical and delivery support only a national supplier can bring. You'll report to our Sales Manager, and you'll be trusted to run your patch, dealing with concreters and builders.
Your day will involve:
Grow your portfolio through commercial nous and relationships that outlast a single project
Look after civil engineering, construction, and concreting customers with a solid pipeline of work
Find and win new business across the region
Get to know your key customers well enough to solve problems before they become problems
Set the standard on safety, every site, every day
You will be an adaptable, proactive and solutions oriented Account Manager with strong foundational sales and relationship building skills.
You will relish the chance to work with a live product, meet with your customers and will be expected to travel across your portfolio on a regular basis. What are we looking for?
A track record selling solutions into construction, civil, mining, or a comparable market
Drive. You'll be out on the road on your own judgement more often than in an office
