About the Role

n

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager within the manufacturing industry to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will lead the marketing team, manage day-to-day operations, and execute campaigns aligned with our commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

n

Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, calendar, and KPIs.
n
Team & Agency Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while managing external agency relationships.
n
Campaign Execution: Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and direct channels.
n
Digital & Brand: Oversee website strategy, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
n
Financials & Reporting: Manage the department budget, analyze campaign ROI,



and provide comprehensive monthly reports.
n
Industry Representation: Represent the company at trade shows and support the sales team with presentations.
n

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
n
Minimum 5 years of marketing or marketing management experience.
n
Proven track record in strategic planning, lead generation, and digital marketing (SEO, SEM, CRM).
n
Robust leadership skills with experience managing a team and budgets.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
