We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join a well-established manufacturing facility located in Kilsyth. This is an ongoing opportunity working Monday to Friday, with an initial review after 3 months.

Monday to Friday roster

Approx. 6:30am - 2:30pm shift (final hours to be confirmed)

35-hour work week

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Perform packaging operations manually and with production machinery
n
Load and unload components and finished products on production lines
n
Assist with resolving minor packaging and feed issues
n




Operate manufacturing and processing equipment safely and effectively
n
Maintain cleanliness of machinery, equipment, and work areas
n
Participate in workplace safety, hazard identification, and risk assessment activities
n
Complete basic production documentation and records
n
Use hand tools as required
n
Work collaboratively within a team environment
n
Maintain quality standards and take responsibility for your work output
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehousing, or packaging workplace
n
Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
n
Good communication and numeracy skills
n
Basic computer literacy for data entry and production systems
n
Ability to follow instructions and work within established procedures
n
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
n
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
