Job Description

Kitchen Food Company in Australia is hiring a Hygiene Operative to maintain a clean, protected kitchen under HACCP standards. You'll wash and sanitize dishes and equipment, manage the tray wash area, and ensure all items are stored correctly.

You will handle rubbish disposal, clean floors and surfaces daily, follow strict hygiene and chemical handling procedures, and report any issues to the Manager. A background in food manufacturing and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset are essential.
