What you'll do

Assess, plan and implement care for residents according to nursing practices and standards.
n
Mentor care staff to assist them in providing the highest quality of care at all times.
n
Work in a team setting to ensure the care needs of residents enhance and promote their quality of life.
n
Act as an advocate for residents and build effective relationships with them, their families, and the team.
n

What you'll bring

n

n
Diploma of Nursing and current registration with AHPRA.
n
At least 6 months of working experience as an Enrolled Nurse.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Robust attention to detail and proficiency in clinical documentation.
n
Evidence of current flu vaccination and three doses of a TGA approved COVID‐19 vaccine.
