Description
Monitor the progress of GenAI projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, objectives, and governance standards
Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives
Maintain accurate and structured project documentation, workflows, and updates in Jira
Manage backlog, epics, and user stories in collaboration with delivery and technical teams
Oversee end‑to‑end demand intake and lifecycle management using ServiceNow
Coordinate with business stakeholders to capture, refine, and prioritize project requests
Prepare and deliver regular status reports, dashboards, and portfolio insights for project leaders
Highlight key risks, blockers,



and mitigation strategies to support informed decision‑making
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and cross‑functional coordination
Drive process improvements and standardization across project tracking, reporting, and governance practices

Profile
Strong experience in project coordination or functional project management within enterprise environments
Hands‑on proficiency with Jira for project tracking, documentation, and workflow management
Working knowledge of ServiceNow for demand intake and lifecycle management
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Solid reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to create clear dashboards and status updates
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Exposure to or understanding of AI/GenAI or data‑driven projects is highly desirable
