Due to ongoing expansion, Super Metal Recycling is seeking experienced HR Truck Drivers to join our rapidly growing operation based in Dandenong South, servicing Melbourne South-East and regional Victoria.

This is a day-shift role offering consistent work, modern equipment, and regular overtime opportunities. We're looking for qualified drivers who know their job, take pride in their driving, and want stable, long-term employment with a company that's growing quick.

Key responsibilities

n

Operate HR trucks safely and professionally
n
Complete local and regional VIC runs
n




Transport scrap metal between customer sites and company yards
n
Load and unload using site-provided equipment
n
Accurately complete run sheets and paperwork
n
Conduct daily pre‐start and safety checks
n
Comply with road, fatigue, and site safety regulations
n

What we're looking for

n

n
Valid HR licence (essential)
n
Minimum 2 years' experience driving HR trucks (essential)
n
Proven reliability and strong work ethic
n
Clean driving record
n
Experience in recycling, waste, transport, or construction environments (preferred)
n
Robust safety focus and qualified attitude
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Australian work rights required
