At least 2 years' experience in retail management—fashion retail is a big plus

A track record of leading teams to deliver exceptional service

Strong communication skills—you know how to give feedback that helps your team grow

A sharp eye for stock and sales trends—you use data to drive performance
n
Visual merchandising flair—you can bring our boho vision to life in-store
n
A personal style that reflects the Tree of Life spirit and inspires others
n
Flexibility to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster, plus key retail periods like holidays and Christmas
