This is an excellent prospect for an experienced tyre technician who wants a varied role combining workshop work, onsite servicing, fleet management, breakdown work and professional tyre repairs. You will work from a modern, purpose-built workshop as well as servicing customers throughout South West Victoria. Participation in rostered on-call service is required, with additional payment for after-hours work. Saturday morning work is required.
Key responsibilities
Truck, agricultural and OTR tyre fitting
Onsite farm and fleet servicing
Fleet inspections and tyre management
Monitoring tyre pressures, wear and condition
Identifying maintenance and replacement requirements
Tyre repairs and wheel balancing
Breakdown and after-hours callouts
Building relationships with transport, fleet and agricultural customers
Inspecting and assessing damaged tyres for repair
Carrying out repairs using Monaflex Monarch Tyre Repair Systems
About you
Previous tyre fitting or professional tyre repair experience
Strong mechanical and practical ability
Excellent attention to detail
Pride in producing high-quality work
Professional presentation

Effective time-management and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise multiple jobs
Ability to work independently in the field
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
