About the Role
Coordinate with builders throughout the construction phase to monitor progress, approve payments and resolve issues
Manage variations and approvals in line with budget, design intent and contract terms
Maintain accurate records, documentation and communication trails
Assist with the development team's tasks as required.
Support internal project reporting and administration as needed

This role sits at the heart of the delivery process — you’ll build relationships, facilitate solutions, and help ensure delivery of a top quality product.

About You




Have experience in residential development, building, housing or a related field
Communicate clearly and confidently, with a genuine customer-service mindset
Enjoy juggling moving parts and keeping projects running smoothly
Are proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership
Have a knack for problem-solving and maintaining strong skilled relationships
