Job Tasks and Responsibilities
n
n
Serve as a technical lead for the Oceania region.
n
Lead engineering activities and projects to promote sales goals.
n
Support the sales team with technical sales activities, including customer demonstrations, trials and PoCs.
n
Lead technical discussions with strategic customers and coordinate solution development with company HQ functions.
n
Initiate and manage training and partner sales activities.
n
Manage exhibitions and roadshows, setting up and running demonstrations.
n
Gather market requirements and provide priorities to the product team and roadmap.
n
Work with the global customer success team to provide local support for customer issues.
n
Prepare and test units before shipping to customers.
n
Support rental activities by testing and preparing units and handling return of equipment.
n

Requirements
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience in a technology role.
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer‐facing engineering role or similar position.
n
Experience tailoring and managing solutions projects for customers.
n
Experience in broadcast productions, online video and telecommunications.
n
Knowledge of Linux and cloud solutions.
n
Ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
n
Robust presentation skills.
n
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally if required.
n
