n Salary:$100- $115K + super

Position Overview:

Engage with members over the phone to guide them through their lending options and help them achieve their goals.
n
Manage end-to-end loan applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals.
n
Deliver an exceptional member experience while consistently driving conversion to loans.
n
Identify prospects to cross-sell and match members with complementary products.
n
Maintain robust documentation and compliance standards.
n

What we're looking for:

n

n




Branch or banking experience in home lending with a solid track record of success.
n
Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent).
n
Minimum three years of end-to-end home lending experience, with a passion for helping customers achieve their goals.
n
Highly organised, motivated, and results-driven.
n
Skilled at identifying opportunities and converting them into outcomes.
n
