Casual Site Cleaning Labourer / Transfer Shed Operator

Coastal Grp is a locally owned and operated business servicing Geelong, the Bellarine and surrounding areas. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our team in a varied/shared role.

n

This position offers a mix of:

n

n
Residential construction site cleaning & general labouring duties as required.
n
Working in our EPA and Council-approved transfer shed sorting and recycling construction waste as required.
n
Operating a skid steer within the transfer shed.
n

About the Role

n

n
Cleaning residential building sites to a high standard. Training provided.
n
Operating a skid steer for waste handling and material movement within our transfer shed.
n
Sorting construction and demolition waste for recycling within our transfer shed. Training provided.
n
Manual handling, repetitive lifting, bending and carrying.
n
Working outdoors in all weather conditions.
n
Maintaining a clean and secure work setting.
n
Assisting other team members as required.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n




Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
n
Be physically fit and capable of repetitive manual labour.
n
Be reliable and punctual, starting at 7am each day (Mon-Fri)
n
Have their own reliable transport to get to work.
n
Hold a White Card (essential).
n
An HR Truck Licence is highly desirable.
n
Skid steer experience and a current skid steer licence/ticket is essential.
n
Be able to work safely around machinery and follow workplace safety procedures.
n
Be willing to undertake drug and alcohol testing if required.
n
