Kaczanowski & Co in Strathfield South NSW is hiring a butcher to join our production team. You will cut and prepare meat cuts for smallgoods and cooked meats, boning, form products for cooking, and maintain hygiene.

The role requires at least 2 years' butcher or meat processing experience, knowledge of HACCP and GMP, ability to lift 25 kg, and willingness to work in a chilled setting; above-award pay and overtime prospects are offered.
