The Walt Disney Company (Australia) P/L is seeking an Executive Director, People & Culture, ANZ, to lead the P&C; function across Australia and Current Zealand. The role oversees strategy, talent, engagement and succession planning for Melbourne, Sydney and Auckland with a robust emphasis on inclusion and business partnership.

Reporting to the SVP, P&C; APAC, you will guide a high‑performing ANZ team, shape workforce planning, and align local initiatives with global Disney standards.
