About the Internship
You'll work closely with our two Medical Oncologists and a dedicated Oncology Surgical Specialist, supported by our highly skilled nursing team, while also collaborating with other skilled services across the hospital. This is a hands-on role where you'll:
Assist in consultations, diagnostics, treatment planning,



patient care and client communication
Participate in daily hospital rounds and weekly journal clubs/case presentations
Be encouraged to complete a published work during your internship
If eligible, work towards ANZCVS Small Animal Medicine Membership

What We're Looking For
You are a motivated, professional and enthusiastic veterinarian who:
Is eligible for QLD veterinary registration
Brings strong communication skills, a solid medical knowledge base, and a excellent work ethic
Has clinical experience (desirable but not essential)
Start date : January 2027
Duration : 12 months (option to extend to 18 months)
