Day to Day Responsibilities:

n

n
Sale of both 'off the plan' and completed stock
n
Operating and managing display suites for several different projects
n
Managing project enquiries and provide customer service to purchasers
n
Booking appointments, managing leads, converting prospects in to buyers
n
Managing CRM data entry for your prospects.
n
Managing contract process and liaising with stakeholders to ensure a smooth buyer experience.
n
Flexibility to work 5 days per week, across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and Public Holidays where necessary
n

Exceptional sales skills with a track record of achieving sales targets

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
n




Exceptional people skills and the ability to build solid networks.
n
Solid understanding of the property sales process
n
Self-motivated, focused and driven to succeed with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
n
Appreciation of the nature of sales roles and the relationship between effort and reward.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Current driver's licence and vehicle
