Your Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Act as the key advisor to a diverse portfolio of SMEs, delivering proactive business advisory and tax solutions.

Technical Compliance:



Prepare and review complex tax returns (DIV7A, PSI, DNCL, FBT) and annual financial statements.
n
Strategic Advisory: Analyze financial data and advise business owners on budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and structural planning.
n
Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to intermediate/junior staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
n

What You Need to Succeed

n
Experience: 5+ years' experience in Australian Public Practice.
n
Qualifications: CA/CPA qualified or close to completion.
n
Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and automated workpaper systems.
n
Attributes: Robust communicator, proactive, and genuinely client-focused.
