We're on the lookout for a reliable, hands‐on Duty Manager to join our leadership team and help drive outstanding guest experiences across the venue. This is a fantastic chance for a hospitality leader who enjoys variety, thrives on the floor, and wants to build a long‐term career with a growing venue group.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day‐to‐day floor operations
n
Lead, support and motivate the team during your shift
n
Ensure high standards of guest service, presentation and compliance
n
Manage guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
n
Support cash handling, reporting and venue security procedures
n
Ensure RSA and other compliance obligations are met at all times
n
Work closely with the Venue Manager and broader leadership team
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory hospitality role
n
Current RSA
n
Robust leadership and communication skills
n
Ability to stay calm and solutions‐focused during busy periods
n
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and nights
n
A proactive, hands‐on approach and genuine passion for hospitality
n
