We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our Moorebank operation and lead a small team in a busy 3PL environment. This is a hands-on, floor-based leadership role for someone who leads from the front, thrives under pressure, and knows what it takes to keep freight/stock moving safely and on time.

Key responsibilities
Supervise daily inbound and warehouse operations
Operate forklifts as part of daily duties
Lead and support a team of employees in a rapid-paced environment
Coordinate receiving, put-away, processing and dispatch
Drive achievement of operational KPIs and service levels
Champion solid WHS standards across the site
Support inventory accuracy and process compliance
Liaise with leadership and clients to meet expectations

About you
Current Forklift Licence (mandatory)
Experience in warehouse, freight and logistics operations
Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational setting




Solid understanding of warehouse operations and freight movement
Experience with WMS and RF scanning systems
A hands-on leader who works alongside the team
Solid communication and organisational skills
Physically able to manage operational requirements such as loading and unloading of containers
