Due to continued growth across commercial and industrial construction projects in the Northern Territory, Endfire Engineering is seeking Electricians or Fire Alarm Technicians to join our Darwin-based construction team. This role is suited to candidates with robust construction experience, with the prospect to develop further within the fire protection industry.

Roles And Responsibilities

n

Install and fit-off of fire alarm and detection systems
n
Assist with commissioning and testing of systems
n
Read and interpret drawings, schematics and layouts




n
Ensuring compliance with Australian standards and site requirements
n
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
n
Complete documentation and obtain customer sign offs
n

Experience

n

n
Electrical trade qualification or equivalent
n
Construction experience (commercial or industrial preferred)
n
Fire alarm experience highly regarded, but not essential
n
Ability to read and interpret drawings
n
Reliable, proactive and able to work independently or in a team
n
Must have full Australian working rights
n
Ability to obtain and maintain the required Defence security clearance and site access approvals
n

Defence Project Requirement

This role may involve work on Defence projects. Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain the required Defence security clearance and site access approvals.
