Advanced Fresh Concepts (AFC) is seeking a Food Safety Specialist in Melbourne to oversee a network of Sushi Izu kiosks, ensuring adherence to GMP, HACCP, and audit readiness across all locations. You will manage audits, investigate complaints, and train franchise partners to uphold strict quality standards.

You will report to the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Manager, coordinating with AFC in office during audits and leading the training program for franchise staff across multiple kiosks.
