What You Will Get to Do:Incident response for production hosted environmentsMonitor application and infrastructure performance to ensure stability and availability.Respond to and resolve production incidents quickly, performing root cause analysis where necessary.Execute deployments and configuration changes in production and non-production environments following change management processes.Communicate effectively with development, operations,



and business teams to provide updates and coordinate resolutions.Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, fixes, and operational procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvement.Interpret business requirements, technical designs, and flow charts to build, maintain, and enhance software applications.Develop and modify application code, ensuring quality, performance, and security best practices are met.Translate business functional models into technical specifications, including cyber security considerations.Test applications and produce technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenanceWhat You Will Bring:IT degree, or equivalent experience4+ years' experience working in an Application Support roleSolid understanding of DevOps practices and methodsWorking knowledge of SDLC principles and methodologiesExperience working with ITIL based processesUnderstanding of hosting production environments on AWS and Virtual EnvironmentsAdvanced knowledge of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery build pipelinesExperience working with infrastructure as codeA passion for automating manual processes
