Service Technician for Australia (m/f/x)

Our subsidiary BAUER Equipment Australia represents BAUER, RTG, MAT and KLEMM in Australia & New Zealand. As the company grows our team continues to grow along with it. This has presented the prospect for an additional experienced Service Technician to join our team on a local contract in Australia.

Commissioning, fault finding, repairs, rigging / de-rigging and maintenance of all types of BAUER equipment on site, at customers premises or at our own workshop facility inSydney
n
Liaise with our customers service staff to rectify faults both on site and over the telephone
n
Liaise with the BAUER Maschinen After-Sales Team to provide feedback from jobsites and to help rectify faults
n
Various other tasks related to repairs, maintenance and spare parts requirements for BAUER equipment
n
Compliance and execution of BAUER standards in the field ofHealth, Safety & Setting (HSE)
n

Your profile:

n

n




Minimum 5 years of either Bauer / RTG / MAT / KLEMM experience maintaining and repairing heavy construction or foundation equipment
n
Possess a thorough understanding of modern mobile Hydraulics and Electrics / Electronics as well as relevant Bauer / RTG / MAT / KLEMM knowledge
n
Fluent verbal and written English language skills
n
Employ good communication skills and a customer focused attitude
n
Have the right to work in Australia or meet the requirements to do so
n
Prepared to relocate on a local contract to Australia with a view to permanent residency if desired
n
Hold a full driving license recognizable in Australia
n
Have a adaptable approach to the working day, a willingness to work out of hours and travel around Australia & New Zealand as required
