Carlile Swim, Perth-based children's swim school, is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the centre and develop the CX team. You will work closely with the Swim School Manager and Program Manager to deliver exceptional experiences for families and swimmers.

You will oversee recruitment, training, rostering and performance, while maintaining a hands-on presence across customer experience, teaching and supervision.
