Nestled in the beautiful, iconic Royal Botanic Gardens is awonderful culinary retreat. Botanic Gardens Restaurant and Kiosk has a uniqueand open layout over two levels that comfortably allows for café and a la cartedining plus a range of private functions including weddings, engagements,christenings, birthdays etc. Enjoy seasonal, local dishes on the wide verandaswith spectacular views across the Royal Botanic Gardens, or grab a delicioussnack and a freshly ground coffee downstairs at our café/kiosk area and take inthe sites.

The role

We are looking for experienced and reliable Food andBeverage Staff to join our front of house team at Botanic Gardens Restaurant.You will have current and recent experience working in a restaurant/events andhave a real passion for food innovation and delivering excellent customerexperiences.

To ensure your success in this role you will have:

n

n
Minimum2 years' experience in a similar role
n
Workedin either a contemporary café, or a la carte restaurants
n
Strongfood and beverage knowledge
n
Excellentcustomer service and communication skills
n
Experiencewith cash handling and POS systems
n
Flexibleand able to work across a 7 day rotating roster
n
Immaculategrooming and pride in presentation
n
Aworking understanding of Food safety Standards
n
