NES Fircroft is partnering with a leading clinical research site in Brisbane to recruit a Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator. This is a full-time, in office role offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact in advancing clinical trials.

About the role
n
Provide high-quality nursing care to trial participants
n
Perform phlebotomy, cannulation, and study procedures per protocol
n
Coordinate trial activities from start-up to close-out in line with GCP, TGA, and NHMRC standards
n
Support participant recruitment, consent, and follow-up
n
Maintain accurate records, manage study materials, and prepare for audits/monitoring
n
Act as a key liaison for patients, investigators, and sponsors
n
About you
n
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
n
Minimum 2 years' post-registration nursing experience
n
Phlebotomy and cannulation skills essential
n
Robust patient care, organisation, and communication skills
n
Able to work both independently and in a team
n
Previous clinical research experience an advantage (not essential)
n
Supportive, collaborative team environment

Exposure to diverse, industry-sponsored trials
