With continued strong growth, an opportunity has become available for a service technician to join our Food Service division in Brisbane.The Customer Service Technician is responsible for servicing and repairing customer foodservice equipment.
The role requires skill in dealing with customers in what may be difficult circumstances.
Customer Service Technicians require a broad product and parts knowledge.
Customer Service Technicians need to possess enhanced verbal and written communication skills in order to be successful in the role.More specifically your duties will include the following:Service and repair customer foodservice equipmentProvide technical advice to customersConduct complimentary inspections on customer productsCarry out maintenance service of foodservice equipmentCommunicate with Customer Service Coordinator for the post-service follow upIdentify spare parts effectivelyManage spare part stock contained within service vehicleIn determining suitability for the role,



the following criteria are considered essential:Certificate III in Electrical tradeConstruction White cardThorough knowledge of legislation, codes of practice and standards relevant to works carried out and trade qualificationIntermediate level of computer technical skillsAbility to develop product knowledge over timeAbility to work under broad supervision and maintain protected working environment to a high standardAbility to manage customer expectationsAbility to use problem solving skills to resolve complex faultsAbility to complete site-specific risk assessments and associated documentationAbility to read and comprehend documents of a technical natureThis position offers excellent remuneration with a company vehicle, ipad, iphone and uniforms supplied.

Stoddart will compensate all service technicians for licensing fees and provide any further training to maintain the licensing such as CPR and LVR courses annually.
