As the business is growing rapidly, there are opportunities for the right candidate to move through the company.The position is part of our team that undertakes to pick and prepare native cut flowers for the market and maintain the flower farm.
Farm maintenance involves pruning, weed management, scouting, fertilising, crop planting and establishment.Tasks & responsibilitiesAssist and support the packing shed in harvesting flowers and foliage as instructedAssist processing teams in ensuring product availability on timeAssist in crop husbandry of pruning, weeding, scouting,



field maintenance etcLoading and unloading of vehiclesDriving between our farms to collect the productsMaintain a high level of accuracy and quality controlMaintenance of farm equipment and toolsThis position requires a physically fit person who is happy to work outdoors in all conditions.Be enthusiastic and enjoy the work in a team.Hours of employment would be full time for the first three months on a casual basis, leading to full-time employment for the right candidate.Prior experience is not necessary, but applicants must be able to follow instructions and work independently and as part of a team.
