Better view landscapes pty ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual for apprentices in both Parks and Gardens and Structural Landscaping to join our team in throughout Sydney metro area.

As an apprentice, you will work full time alongside experienced landscapers, developing practical skills and knowledge whilst earning and learning.
You will gain hands‐on experience in all aspects of landscape design, construction, and maintenance, positioning yourself for a rewarding career in the trades.Key responsibilitiesAssisting experienced landscapers in construction and maintaining of landscaping projectsPreparing and maintaining landscaping tools, equipment and work sites in a safe and organised mannerPerforming landscape construction tasks, including but not limited to planting, hardscaping, paving, and garden bed preparationMaintaining gardens and landscaped areas through regular maintenance, including pruning, mulching, weeding and irrigation managementFollowing health and safety protocols and industry best practices at all timesLearning and applying landscape design principles and techniques under supervisionCommunicating effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are metContributing to the general upkeep and organisation of work vehicles, equipment and storage facilitiesWhat we're looking forA Year 10 qualification or equivalent, with strong numeracy and literacy skillsPhysical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour in varying weather conditionsA genuine passion for landscaping,
