This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of vehicles and automotive projects.
As a Motor Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.
This role is integral to our workshop operations and directly contributes to 911 Customs' reputation for quality workmanship and reliable service.Key responsibilitiesDiagnose mechanical and electrical faults in vehicles using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipmentPerform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, filter replacements, brake servicing, and fluid checksRepair and replace vehicle components such as engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and electrical systemsConduct pre- and post-repair inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and safety requirementsCommunicate effectively with customers to explain repair requirements, costs, and timelinesMaintain accurate and detailed service records and work logsAdhere to all workshop safety procedures and environmental regulationsIdentify potential vehicle issues and recommend preventative maintenance to customersWork collaboratively with other team members to complete complex repairs and projectsKeep up to date with recent automotive technologies, tools, and repair techniquesWhat we're looking forSponsorships available for right candidates.Candidates with PINK / BLUE SLIP authority will be preferred.Relevant automotive trade qualification or equivalent hands-on experience as a Motor MechanicCurrent automotive industry certification or licence,
