Psychologists, Occupational Therapists & Speech PathologistsWe're seeking Clinical Psychologists, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Pathologists to join our team at Family Nurture on the Gold Coast.Family Nurture is the Gold Coast's trusted, fast-growing multidisciplinary clinic in South East Queensland.We have two clinics on the Gold Coast — our brand-new Pimpama location and our established Pacific Pines clinic — with room availability at both.Our team of psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dietitians, mental health social workers, eating disorder specialists and other professionals provides therapeutic and assessment services for children, adolescents, families, and adults.We see patients under NDIS, Medicare and Private billing.

We care about our clinicians and are committed to high professionalism and outstanding patient care.Family Nurture is open weekdays 8am–5pm (Wednesdays until 8pm) and Saturdays 8am–1pm, giving families and clinicians greater flexibility. Contract With UsAll clinical roles at Family Nurture are offered as a contractor arrangement, at a percentage rate, for the use of all equipment — including computers, training rooms, and observation rooms with recording systems and a one-way mirror — plus full administrative support.Many of our clinicians find contracting significantly more rewarding than traditional employment, both in earning potential and in the flexibility to shape your own caseload and hours.

highly organised therapists to join our multidisciplinary team.
In this role, you will:Complete clinical assessments and develop and implement individual therapy plansDeliver direct therapy at the clinic and, where required, across home, school, and community settingsDevelop and deliver specialist therapy groups across a range of skillsProvide training and coaching for familiesHave opportunities to implement specialist programs and contribute to curriculum developmentUse clinical observations and standardised assessments, interpreting findings to formulate treatment goalsAbout YouCurrent tertiary qualification relevant to your roleCurrent AHPRA registrationCurrent Professional Indemnity CoverEligibility to register with MedicareA strong work ethicExperience working with children, adolescents and adults, with confidence in your roleDedication and passion for working as part of a dynamic teamInterest in working with children, young people, adults and their families across a range of neurodevelopmental disorders, including ASDExperience delivering services under the NDISExcellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in high-quality report writingAbility to provide assessment and ongoing therapy for children, adolescents, adults and families experiencing challenges including developmental delay, early intervention needs, social skills difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and moreIf this is your first time in private practice as a contractor, we can support you through the transition to make it smooth and enjoyable.Please note: at this stage, we are not offering positions to provisional psychologists.
