What you'll be doingSupporting Cisco network infrastructure, wireless, and voice/telephony servicesAdministering and supporting Enghouse voice and contact centre platformsTroubleshooting network, voice, and connectivity issuesSupporting Palo Altofirewalloperations and network security practicesMonitoring infrastructure health and responding to alertsManaging incidents, service requests, and change activities in line with ITIL practicesMaintaining network documentation and configurationsWorking with stakeholders, vendors,



and other IT teams to support service delivery and project outcomesAbout youExperience working in a service delivery-focused IT environmentStrong customer service and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and work independentlyEffective written and verbal communication skillsCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentExperience supporting enterprise network and voice environmentsStrong Cisco networking skills, including switching, routing, and VLANsWorking knowledge of Palo Alto firewallsExperience with Enghouse or similar telephony/contact centre platformsUnderstanding of SIP, PBX/UC, call routing, and voice quality troubleshootingStrong troubleshooting skills across network, voice, and IP-based technologiesKnowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and network securityMateris Queensland's largest not-for-profit healthcare provider, delivering exceptional care tonearly 700,000patients each year across 11 (soon to be 12) hospitals.We'releaders inhealthcare,education,fundraising & philanthropyandresearch— andit'sour people who make the difference.We'relooking for passionate individuals to join our team and help shape the future of care.
