Trawool Estate is looking for a passionate, hands-on Guest Service Supervisor to join our team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience across the Estate.Set amongst the natural beauty of the Goulburn Valley, Trawool Estate is a destination combining luxury accommodation, food, wine, events and genuine country hospitality.This is an opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their hospitality career — someone who loves being on the floor, enjoys building relationships with guests and is equally comfortable leading a shift, solving a problem or jumping in wherever the team needs them.The roleWorking closely with the Estate's management team, you'll help oversee the day-to-day guest experience across accommodation, food and beverage and events.You'll be responsible for:Leading and supporting the guest services team during shiftsDelivering warm, polished and genuine hospitalitySupporting reception, check-in and check-out operationsSupervising restaurant, bar and event service when requiredHandling guest requests and resolving issues confidentlyCoordinating between accommodation, housekeeping, kitchen and F&B; teamsMaintaining presentation and service standards throughout the EstateAssisting with staff training,



development and daily briefingsOpening and closing the property and completing relevant shift proceduresIdentifying opportunities to improve the guest experienceLeading by example and being prepared to get your hands dirtyAbout youWe're less interested in a perfect CV and more interested in finding the right hospitality person.You'll ideally have:Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, resorts or quality hospitality venuesExperience supervising or leading a teamStrong communication and organisational skillsConfidence dealing directly with guestsA genuine interest in food, wine, travel and hospitalityA calm, solutions-focused approach when things don't go to planHigh presentation standards and attention to detailAvailability across a flexible hospitality roster, including weekendsExperience with hotel PMS and reservation systems is advantageous, but training can be provided.Most importantly, you're someone who notices the details, takes ownership and genuinely enjoys making people feel welcome.This isn't a role where you'll spend your days sitting behind a desk.
