We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Signage Coordinator to join our Marketing team.This is a busy, hands-on coordination role responsible for ensuring our stores globally receive the correct point-of-sale, campaign and brand materials on time.
You will act as a key link between Marketing, our stores, warehouses and in-market teams across the global.About the Role:You will coordinate signage orders, stock levels, allocations and dispatches across our global store network.
This role is heavily administration focused and would suit someone who enjoys working at a fast pace, managing multiple priorities and keeping everything organised behind the scenes.Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating print, signage and point-of-sale ordersManaging signage requirements for new stores, relocations and closuresCommunicating campaign and signage updates to storesWorking with warehouses and international teams to ensure materials are dispatched on timeMonitoring stock levels and arranging replenishmentManaging store orders, support tickets, deliveries and ad-hoc requestsMaintaining accurate allocation, dispatch and forecasting documentsForward planning for upcoming campaigns, launches and new store openingsSupporting the Creative Manager with signage ordering and fulfilment across our global warehousesWhat We're Looking For:We are looking for someone who can confidently manage their own day, plan ahead and follow tasks through to completion.You will ideally have:Experience in fast-paced retail, stock control, merchandising, allocations,



administration or coordinationStrong Excel and Microsoft Office skillsExcellent organisation and attention to detailThe ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, practical and solutions-focused approachThe ability to work autonomously once trainedExperience with Shopify, stock systems or order management platforms would be advantageousThis could be a great next step for an experienced retail 3IC, stock controller, merchandise allocator, merchandising assistant or administration coordinator looking to move into a Support Office role.Why Lovisa?
