Despatch Dispatch Clerk Pharmaceutical South Eastern SuburbsDespatch / Dispatch Clerk - Pharmaceutical - South Eastern SuburbsRole Objective:Manage the distribution of manufactured product to fulfill customer ordersManage the distribution of manufactured product or materials as requested along with and any materials or manufactured product located at sub-contractor or 3PL facilities.Distribute goods to ensure that customer orders are received in full and on timeDistribute manufactured product, packaging and raw materials to contractors for processingEnsure all consignments are prepared in an acceptable condition for transportEnsure accurate inventory control through the management of goods in storage and the diligent preparation of consignmentsPrepare consignments as per customer/receiver requirementsPrepare consignments in accordance with Local,
State and National statutory regulations and Applicable international regulationsMaintain daily dispatch records for reconciliation against the electronic records if requiredConduct and reconcile finished product stocktakesMaintain relationships with freight providersEnsure control of the exchange and transfer of pallet and IBC equipmentEnsure all operations are conducted in accordance with Ensign procedures, policies and position statementsEnsure a minimum of 1 Metre clearance is maintained from Sprinkler Heads in the Warehouse.KEY: It is a requirement of all our jobs that you have a PR or AU/NZ Citizenship.A work visa is not sufficient as all our jobs are permanent.
