Denim Garment Technician – Senior Executive Recruitment Director at JIVARO – Fashion Retail & Consumer Goods Recruitment

We are currently partnering with a well‐established fashion brand to find an experienced Denim Garment Technician to join their growing production team.

n

This is a hands‐on, technical role suited to someone who truly understands denim construction, fit, and wash processes—and can confidently take styles from development through to bulk production.

n

What you'll be doing:

n

n
Managing fittings across denim categories, from first sample through to PP
n
Identifying and resolving fit, construction, and quality issues
n
Working closely with designers and offshore suppliers
n
Reviewing patterns, measurements, and grading (hands‐on pattern knowledge a big plus)
n




Supporting wash development and denim finishing techniques
n
Ensuring consistency and quality across bulk production
n

What I'm looking for:

Proven experience as a Garment Technician within denim
n
Robust understanding of denim fabrication, construction, and fit
n
Patternmaking skills (or solid pattern knowledge) highly regarded
n
Confident communicator with factories and internal teams
n
Detail‐driven, practical, and solutions‐focused
n
