The Chance

n

Join a high-performing commercial litigation team as a Senior Associate. You'll work directly with a Partner, be supported by excellent support staff and junior lawyers, and run a diverse range of challenging matters across commercial litigation and insolvency.

In this role, you will:

Manage Superior Court proceedings end-to-end (strategy, pleadings, evidence, mediation/trial prep).
n
Act on a broad range of high-end commercial litigation matters for premium clients.
n
Advise on the Corporations Act,



Bankruptcy Act and ACL issues; handle urgent interlocutory applications.
n
Drive settlement strategies and work closely with experts/counsel.
n
Mentor juniors and help refine team processes.
n

About You

n

n
5+ years' PAE in commercial litigation.
n
Solid technical grounding across the Corporations Act; confident in Superior Courts.
n
Client-focused, autonomous and calm under deadlines; excellent written advocacy and analytical skills.
