Your new role Reporting to the finance team, you will take ownership of the accounts receivable function and play a key role in maintaining strong cash flow and customer relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

Processing and allocating daily customer payments
n
Performing daily banking and account reconciliations
n
Sending customer statements and payment reminders
n
Managing overdue accounts and following up outstanding invoices
n
Investigating and resolving payment and billing discrepancies
n
Maintaining accurate customer account records
n




Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
n
Supporting audit and compliance requirements as required
n

n

What you'll need to succeed:

n

n
Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable position
n
Robust understanding of accounting principles and AR processes
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or a related qualification will be highly regarded
n
