Front of house/ Salon Co-ordinator (Part Time)

Temple Hair is looking for a part-time Front of house / Salon Co-ordinator to be the first face, voice and vibe of our clients experience in our salon. Working alongside our salon manager and director your job is to make sure every salon visit feels effortless, calm and inviting for our clients. From the first greeting to the perfectly timed re-booking and follow up touch points.

Your typical workday will look like - Greeting clients calmly, welcoming them into our space, managing appointments, answering calls, emails and messages. Running an effective salon book, keeping appointments flowing and clients happy. Managing and ordering stock, keeping the front of salon and client touchpoints beautifully presented, while helping the wider team where needed. Upholding our salons standards and Health and safety standards.



Managing our day-to-day socials media platforms and creating content.

Have experience in a client facing role.

n

Read a room well, love meeting recent people and making them feel welcome

n

Stay composed and organised when things get busy

n

Communicate warmly and professionally in person and on the phone

n

Take pride in your work and presentation and the space around you.

n

Experience in beauty, hairdressing, hospitality or luxury retail is a bonus but not a must we will teach you the rest.
